Partner Funding Opportunities

Camden Connection identifies and addresses the specific needs of Camden County by supporting important social programs. Make a difference in our community that could change lives and last a lifetime. Here are our current Partner Funding Opportunities:

Community

Coalition

Camden Connection Collaborative is a meet-and-confer group of local stakeholders, such as health organizations, policy influencers, faith communities, businesses, county departments, and other bodies. Collaborative Partners have a vested interest in improving the lives of Camden’s children and families. We come together around the desire to make a difference in the Camden County community by:

  • providing services that meet local needs.
  • building the capacity of local organizations.
  • creating strategies to evaluate and develop the Camden County community.
